Vikas Barala, son of Haryana BJP chief Subhash Barala,<br />and the other accused were arrested by the Chandigarh police here today. We have decided to press attempt to abduct charge against<br />the two accused, Chandigarh DGP Tejinder Singh Luthra told<br />media persons.
